Born in 1984 from Shreveport's fierce pride in its Louisiana heritage, this iconic celebration transforms the city into crawfish country every winter. Locals and visitors alike gather to crack shells, celebrate the beloved mudbugs, and prove that North Louisiana knows how to party just as hard as anywhere else in the state.
