Zona Rosa is an approximately 500,000 square feet, mixed-use (retail, office and residential) development located in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri. The newest addition to the Mills is a 130,000-square-foot Cabela's store that opened on April 13, 2007. Also in April 2007, The Mills Corp. merged into Simon Property Group; St. Louis Mills is their only property in the St. Louis area.
