Southglenn Mall is a 936,000 square foot, enclosed regional shopping center located in Centennial, CO. It is conveniently located at the corner of Arapahoe Road and South University Boulevard.
Southglenn Mall features three department stores. Dillard's, Foley's, and Sears anchor the 90 specialty stores and kiosks found in the Center.

The site currently occupied by Oak Ridge City Center was selected by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission to establish a permanent shopping center in the years following World War II. In 1951 the AEC selected a company headed by Guilford Glazer to build the new shopping center. A shortage of steel resulting from the Korean War delayed construction, but the Downtown Shopping Center opened in 1955. This shopping area was considered a replacement for the former "townsite" area around Jackson Square.
In the late 1980s Crown American purchased the property and converted it to an indoor mall by enclosing the walkways around the stores and significantly expanding the floor area. Source

Kahala Mall is home to a number of nationally and internationally recognized businesses, including Whole Foods Market, Apple Store, Macy's, Barnes & Noble, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Radio Shack, Chili's and California Pizza Kitchen.
Local merchants and a number of independently-owned shops and restaurants can also be found within the mall perimeter. An eight-screen Consolidated Theatres movie theater is nestled into one corner of the mall. Waialae Bowl, the only bowling center within several miles of the neighborhood, was somewhat interestingly built into a McDonald's, at the corner opposite the movie theater. Unfortunately, it has since closed down (not related to the flood, however.)
The movie theater in this mall was closed in March 2006. It has since reopened. The closing occurred as a result of flooding from heavy rains. The flood broke a hole through the wall of the theater and flowed into the mall, and parts of the ground floor had 3-6 inches of rain water. Many shops suffered substantially; some never reopened. St. Louis Mills, is a shopping center in Hazelwood, Missouri, just off of Route 370. When it opened in November 2003, it had over 200 specialty shops and 8 anchor stores. It is a venture investment by developer and former owner, Mills Corporation that offers many retail stores and entertainment attractions. The newest addition to the Mills is a 130,000-square-foot Cabela's store that opened on April 13, 2007. Also in April 2007, The Mills Corp. merged into Simon Property Group; St. Louis Mills is their only property in the St. Louis area. In November The Children's Place opened, replacing Off 5th Saks Fifth Avenue, while also taking out one of the mall's side entrances making it a Children's Place Superstore. Source
